CFM INTERNATIONAL SELECTS WICAT TO PROVIDE MULTIMEDIA CBT SYSTEM

 OREM, Utah, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- CFM International today announced that they have selected Wicat Systems Inc. to provide a comprehensive multimedia computer-based training (CBT) system, including a Wicat Novell fileserver and eight WITS 4000 PC-compatible workstations.
 The workstations to be installed in April will be equipped with Wicat's Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee (AICC) compatible Audio Delivery Board, Super Video Windows Board and Video Disk Player. The eight stations will be set up in an individualized learning environment.
 This new installation will be used to deliver the CFM56-5A1 Line Maintenance Courseware developed jointly by Wicat and CFM International.
 Kevin Padden, Wicat's sales manager, commented, "The selection of Wicat by CFM firmly established Wicat's leading role as a supplier of CBT solutions to manufacturers of both engines and airframes." Other Wicat customers in the airframe and engine area include: Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, British Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell.
