CES ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE PAYMENT PROCESSING AGREEMENT WITH AVIS

 SAN DIEGO, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Card Establishment Services (CES) and WizCom International, Ltd. announced today at the International Association of Hospitality Accountants 21st Annual Hospitality Technology Exposition and Conference that they have signed a letter of intent for CES to acquire all aspects of HotelLink, WizCom's PC-based credit card processing software package.
 The HotelLink product is currently utilized by a variety of major lodging properties nationwide. In addition, CES will assume transaction processing services responsibility for more than 1.5 million credit card transactions monthly that are currently being processed by WizCom.
 CES is the leader in payment processing and develops and markets a full range of credit and debit card processing services including support for MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, JCB and enRoute as well as check verification/guarantee services. Established for over 25 years, the company has over 125,000 clients representing almost 200,000 locations, including thousands of hotel properties nationwide.
 HotelLink was introduced in 1987, by WizCom to provide the hotel industry with electronic links to all major credit card companies throughout the Avis Wizard global network.

 HotelLink offers individual hotels the opportunity to reduce credit card processing costs, minimize chargebacks, simplify the night audit process and offer enhanced customer service. HotelLink is currently available for interface with a stand alone Verifone terminal or for full integration with Sulcus' LANmark PMS system. HotelLink is complimentary to CES' diverse payment processing product line for hotels and motels, which includes terminal and PC-based solutions as well as host-to-host computer processing and PMS interface options.
 As part of the agreement, CES will route transactions that are currently supported by WizCom, via CARDnet, CES' proprietary transaction delivery system that provides a direct and efficient pathway between clients, all major payment systems and CES. WizCom clients will benefit from CES' long standing expertise in payment processing, resulting in excellent service quality, reliability and support.
