 CEREMONY TO TAKE PLACE AT WCAU-TV TO COMMEND THE
 GENEROSITY OF THE DELAWARE VALLEY

 On Wednesday, Sept. 9, beginning at noon, Gene Lothery, vice president and general manager, WCAU-TV will officiate a ceremony to commend the generosity of the Delaware Valley in contributing to the gigantic success of Channel 10's Hurricane Relief effort.
 The ceremony will take place on the front lawn of Channel 10, facing City Avenue. Governors Robert P. Casey (D-Pa.), James J. Florio (D-N.J.) and Michael N. Castle (R-Del.) have been invited to join Lothery.
 At approximately 12:15 p.m., Channel 10 will lead a convoy of 12 trailers as they head south on I-95 towards Florida. The convoy will leave the Channel 10 parking lot exiting onto Monument Road. Lower Merion and Philadelphia Police will escort the convoy to I-95.
 Channel 10's Hurricane Relief effort officially began on Monday, Aug. 31 and concluded Sunday, Sept. 6 at 11 p.m. More than half a million pounds of canned food, bottled water, diapers and other much needed items have been collected. Since the campaign began more than 900 cars a day and 1,500 volunteers have come by Channel 10 to make donations and lend a helping hand.
 The Channel 10 Hurricane Relief effort is part of Channel 10's long term commitment to Partners in a Caring Community.
