Polymers group Hexpol AB (STO:HEXAB), based in Sweden, announced on Monday that Georg Brunstam, the company's president and CEO, has sold 63,600 Hexpol B shares.

Financial details of this sale were not available.

This transaction constitutes approximately 25% of Brunstam's shareholding in Hexpol, which is considered a minor portion of his holdings.

After completion of this transaction, Brunstam's shareholding in the company amounts to 186,150 Hexpol B shares.
