 OF ITS REAL ESTATE FRANCHISING SUBSIDIARIES
 MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Central Holding Company (NASDAQ-NMS: CHOL) announced the closing and completion of the sale of the stock of Red Carpet Holding Company and the assets and business operations of Gallery of Homes, Inc. and Tranex Relocation Services, Inc. to National Real Estate Service, Inc. (NRS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NRS Block Bros. Realty LTD.
 The closing of the transaction was completed on June 30, 1992. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
