CELLULAR ONE ANNOUNCES SEATTLE, BELLEVUE AND TACOMA AREA APPOINTMENTS

 SEATTLE, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Cellular One Washington announced today it has appointed Betsy Barrow, director of marketing for Washington state. Barrow will be responsible for all marketing functions, including advertising, promotions, research, publications, rate plan management, equipment, event marketing, real-time rentals, voice mail, cellular features and information services.
 Prior to Cellular One, Barrow was vice president and account supervisor at Livingston & Co. where she managed the Alaska Airlines account. She is the winner of a number of national and international advertising awards.
 Also, Lisa Boggs has been promoted to manager of the Cellular One Customer Center at Bellevue Square, Jeff Thompson has been promoted to manager of the Cellular One Customer Center in Bellevue at 13221 NE 20th and Jill Grenier is now managing the Cellular One Customer Centers in Fife and Tukwila.
