CELEB ISLE 2.

Byline: By JAMES DESBOROUGH

FAILED reality show Celebrity Love Island is coming back with sexier celebs.

ITV1 bosses hope a randier and raunchier set of contestants will make it a ratings winner.

Stars are already negotiating for a six-week stay in the sun next May - this time on a paradise isle off Australia, instead of Fiji.

Hot on the wanted list are glamour girls Lauren Pope, Lucy Pinder and Leilani. Blonde TV presenter Kate Lawler and So Solid Crew beauty Lisa Maffia are also being sought.

On the hunk front, former Boyzone singer Shane Lynch and ex-Blue heart-throbs Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe have been contacted, as have actors Paul Nicholls and Max Beasley.

An ITV source said: "We want the show to come back bigger, brassier and better. It took a knocking to start with, but by the end of the run it was Britain's most talked about TV show.

"And it can do even better if we get romance, tears, bust-ups and ideally love, rather than hours of sunbathing.

"But Fiji is out because we need better hi-tech communications."
