CDR-Data Corp. Announces Availability of Web-Based Telemanagement System.

PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 16, 2001

CDR-Data Corp. announced the availability of eCDR, its newest service, which allows companies and organizations the capability to assign the time- consuming tasks of call data collection and verification to an outside firm and still have the capability to process the call accounting information on in-house legacy systems.

eCDR is for clients who currently have a telemanagement system or who only want the capability to review call information on an "as- needed" basis. CDR-Data will collect, verify and report on anomalies and possible toll fraud daily and deliver a file to the client for import to their system or storage. eCDR clients also have the capability to access their call data via a browser interface for immediate reporting.

"This service will assist clients who have invested capital on their current telemanagement infrastructure but have come into obstacles in trying to collect the data and provide the needed information to their in-house clients," said Kevin Young, president/ chief executive officer of CDR-Data.

"eCDR solves the problem of personnel allocation and also having to train new personnel on the many nuances of call detail records.
