CDR Brian L. Knott.

CDR Brian L. Knott, SC, USN, completed 21 years of active service and retired on Jan. 1, 2007, after serving at Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island, Wash. He received his bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan and his master's degree at the University of Kansas. His previous duty stations include Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound Detachment, Everett, Wash.; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; USS Shiloh (CG-67); Fleet Aviation Specialized Training Group, Pacific, North Island, Calif.; USS Ranger (CV 61); Air Anti-Submarine Squadron 41, Naval Air Station North Island, Calif.; and the Navy Supply Corps School, Athens, Ga.
