CDC Foundation seeking award nominations.

Leaders who have made significant contributions to improving the public's health are sought for an annual health award.

The non-profit CDC Foundation is seeking nominees for its annual Hero Award. The award honors someone who has improved the public's health through "exemplary work in advancing CDC's mission of promoting health and quality of life by preventing and controlling disease, injury and disability."
