CDA raises Rs2.76bn on second day of auction.
ISLAMABAD -- The Capital Development Authority (CDA) earned Rs2.76 billion on the second day of the three-day auction of commercial properties on Wednesday.
The civic body has raised Rs6.4 billion during the first two days of the auction.
The CDA offered 12 commercial plots for bidding on Wednesday.
Plot no.17-D measuring 566.66 sq yards in the Diplomatic Enclave Markaz was auctioned for Rs626,000 per square yard while plot no.17-F measuring 416.66 sq yds in the same markaz was auctioned for Rs722,000 per sq yd.
Plot no.36 in G-11 markaz measuring 3,733.3 3 sq yds was sold for Rs180,000 per sq yd and plot no. 20 measuring 3,861.11 sq yds in G-11/3 received a bid of Rs130,000 per sq yd.
Plot no. 3G measuring 133.33 sq yds in G-10/3 got a bid of Rs712,000 per sq yd and plot no. I-J in G-11/1 measuring 177.77 sq yds was auctioned at Rs575,000 per sq yd.
Plot no. 5-1 in G-11/3 and 6-A in G-11/4 each measuring 133.33 sq yds were auctioned for Rs485,000 per sq yds each.
Plot no. 1028 in I-8/4, IJP Road measuring 1,155 sq yds received a bid of Rs. 256,000 per sq yds. Plot no.4-N measuring 266.66 square yards in H-8/2 community core was auctioned for Rs.520, 000 per sq yds while plot no. 7-G of community core H-11/4 measuring 266.66 sq yds was auctioned at Rs. 281,000 per sq yds. Plot no.1-F in I-8/2 measuring 200 square yards was auctioned at Rs.475,000 per square yard.
