 CCNB DECLARES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND
 CAMP HILL, Pa., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of


CCNB Corporation (NASDAQ: CCNC) today declared a second quarter regular cash dividend of $.20 per share of common.
 The payment date is June 15, 1992, for shareholders of record on June 1.
 The $.20 per share dividend is equal to the amount paid for each of the last eight consecutive quarters.
 CCNB Corporation is a multi-bank and thrift holding company based in Hampden Township, Pa., and is the parent company of CCNB Bank, The Gettysburg National Bank, and Parent Federal Savings Bank, which collectively operate 42 financial service locations in six central Pennsylvania counties.
