CBS subleases on Broadway.

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a sublease for Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP at 1675 Broadway. The law firm subleased 23,783 s/f to CBS Broadcasting Inc. at the 755,448 s/f building.

Sublandlord Mayer Brown was represented by Robert Flippin, managing director, Edward DiTolla, senior vice president, and Jay Lapham, vice president, all with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office.

Subtenant CBS Broadcasting was represented by Scott Gottlieb, vice chairman, Michael Laginestra, vice chairman, and Justin Royce, associate, of CB Richard Ellis Inc.

"CBS Broadcasting was looking for short-term space near its existing offices in Manhattan," said Flippin. "The broadcaster found 1675 Broadway to be ideal, both for its location and because it was able to take advantage of the existing installation.

CBS Broadcasting subleased 23,783 square feet, taking the entire 17th floor of the building through 2010. Neighboring tenants at 1675 Broadway include Arent Fox P.L.L.C., Entertainment Weekly and MacManus Group.
