CBRE snags exclusive at Skyview.

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been named exclusive leasing agent for the 21,000 s/f retail component of Skyview at Carriage City Plaza, a new mixed-use development located at 77 East Milton Ave., in Rahway.

The CB Richard Ellis team of Vice President Robert Molloy and Associate Jason Pierson will lead this prestigious assignment on behalf of the owner/developer, Silcon Group.

"We are pleased to be marketing the retail space at this exciting new development on behalf of Silcon Group. Once completed, Skyview will be one of northern New Jersey's premier destinations for both residents and visitors alike," said Molloy. "Rahway's downtown is currently undergoing an extensive residential and retail revitalization, which will bring a good amount of new jobs to the area. Due to its prominent location and the growing popularity of Rahway, we anticipate the retail spaces to attract quality tenants."

Skyview at Carriage City Plaza is a new, 16-story, 384,000 s/f mixed-use property that is currently under construction. The property will be comprised of 222 condos, a 102-room boutique Hotel Indigo; a 6,650 s/f Phi bar and lounge; and 21,000 s/f of retail space.

Nadaskay Kopelson Architects and Arturo Palombo Architecture are the architects for the project. The anticipated date of completion for this development is second quarter of 2008.

Located directly across the street from the Railway train station, Skyview at Carriage City Plaza is convenient to Manhattan, Atlantic City, Philadelphia and the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Amenities at this first-class facility include 24-hour concierge/doorman, rooftop gardens and a 5,800 s/f state-of-the-art fitness center and day spa, and covered secured parking.
