CBRE lands corporate contract.

CB Richard Ellis has announced that Aon Corporation has selected CBRE Global Corporate Services as transaction manager for Aon's office properties in the Eastern US.

CBRE will provide strategic planning, master planning and other real estate consulting services to Aon, helping to assist in the company's occupancy strategy for a portfolio of 3.5 million square feet.

"We are pleased to be working with Aon to assist in providing strategic solutions for their East Coast real estate portfolio," said Steven Swerdlow, President of CBRE Global Corporate Services (GCS). CBRE's Gregg Shutan, Senior Managing Director, GCS, will oversee the Chicago-based team on the account. Ray Mazzocco is responsible for transaction management and day-to-day oversight, assisted by Robert Weber, Christopher Reynolds and Mark Pasquella.
