CBRE brings future of property management to today's customers.

AS CB Richard Ellis marks the successful completion of its acquisition of Insignia Financial Group, the result is much more than just the creation of the world's largest real estate services firm.

It is also the beginning of a new and innovative way of doing business and a commitment to the highest degree of client satisfaction. Nowhere is this more evident than in its highly competitive property management business line.

One example of this new way of conducting business comes from CBRE's Asset Services Group, which represents more that 36 million square feet throughout the Greater New York Metro Region. Its size enables the firm to capitalize on economies of scale in order to surpass the needs and expectations of its clients.

The office's management executives are a new breed of asset managers, well-versed in a number of disciplines with training in technical issues, financial analysis, strategic planning, real estate market analysis, communications and many other areas. As a result, CBRE Asset Services Group's professionals are able to deliver cost-effective solutions and the highest level of customer service to tenants within leased and owned properties, while enabling these large space users to focus on their core businesses. An additional component of CBRE's property management business line is its capability to utilize the most sophisticated technology to evaluate, compare and report information on building expenses across a portfolio or a geographic region as a whole.

CBRE's integrated technology platform provides instant access to workplace orders, financial reports, operational data and market information. Its strategic purchasing initiatives allow clients to achieve significant efficiencies through its SiteStuff procurement platform, delivering savings between 10% and 20% on both services and goods.

CBRE leverages its collective buying power by purchasing property management maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and services through SiteStuff on behalf of all its clients.

CBRE has made the necessary investment in the best resources, technology, personnel, and support systems to enable the firm to achieve the best possible results for its clients.

For CBRE's Asset Services customers in the tri-state region, the future of property management is definitely here.
