CBOE MEMBERSHIP ELECTS SIX DIRECTORS, TWO NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEMBERS
 CHICAGO, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The membership of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has elected six directors to serve on the exchange's 21-person board of directors, effective when the board holds its first meeting of 1992 in January.
 Elected to three-year terms as on-floor directors were Richard A. Bruder and William C. Floersch, both independent market makers. Bruder is a new director and Floersch is a director and current vice chairman.
 Michael J. Razar, senior vice president, SBC/OC and a current CBOE director, was re-elected to a three-year term as an at-large director.
 For off-floor directors, CBOE members re-elected to three-year terms Joseph J. Plumeri II, president, Private Client Group, Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc., and William E. Sullivan, senior vice president, Merrill
Lynch & Co., Inc. James R. Boris, chairman and chief executive officer, Kemper Securities Group, Inc., was elected to his first term, for two years, as off-floor director.
 CBOE members elected to the nominating committee Benjamin S. Nitka, general partner, Option Resource Group, and Scott D. Paseltiner, an independent market maker. Both will serve three-year terms on the nominating committee.
 All the candidates ran unopposed.
