CB Commercial named to market.

CB Commercial Real Estate Group has been named exclusive agent in marketing 725,000 square feet of high-tech office space in Kingston, New York. The site, comprising three buildings formerly occupied by IBM, is centrally located in the Washington D.C./New York City/ Boston corridor and has an expansion potential of up to an additional 700,000 square feet.

The property is located in the Hudson Valley on Route 9W, minutes from the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge and with direct access to the New York State Thruway, Route 9 and the Taconic State Parkway.

The three buildings in the complex contain 205,902 square feet, 310,088 square feet and 209,406 square feet. They were constructed and are owned by the national developer, The Edgewater Partners of Syracuse, New York. Edgewater has constructed more than 2 million square feet throughout the United States for such corporations as Kodak and CNA Insurance, in addition to its work for EBM.
