 CATERPILLAR/UAW TALKS CONTINUE
 WASHINGTON, May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Mediation and


Conciliation Service (FMCS) Director Bernard E. DeLury announced that representatives of Caterpillar, Inc. (NYSE: CAT), and United Auto Workers Union met for six hours on Thursday, May 7, in the St. Louis offices of FMCS.
 Thursday's discussions revolved around job security issues and the parties agreed to meet again on Wednesday, May 13, in the Peoria, Ill., office of FMCS to resume discussions on health care.
