CASINO AMERICA ANNOUNCES WARRANT CALL

 BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Casino America, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSNO) announced today that its outstanding warrants will be redeemed by the company pursuant to the prospectus included in its registration statement on form S-1 (SEC File No. 33-53224), which was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 1, 1993.
 There are currently 1 million outstanding warrants exercisable at $6.00 per share. The company has set the call date for Thursday, March 11, 1993. All warrant holders have the right to exercise their warrants until 5 p.m. Central Standard Time on that date. Warrants not exercised by March 11 will be redeemed at $0.05 per warrant and will cease to exist.
 On Friday, Jan. 29, 1993, the common stock of Casino America, Inc. closed at $18.00 per share on NASDAQ, and the warrants closed at $12.50 per warrant.
 The prospectus will be mailed to all registered warrant holders. Additional copies may be obtained on request from Shareholder Communications Corporation, toll free, nationwide at 800-678-9601.  Casino America, Inc. is engaged in the business of developing, owning and operating riverboat and dockside casinos. The company presently operates a dockside gaming facility in Biloxi, Miss. known as the Isle of Capri Casino. It has announced plans to open a second dockside casino in Vicksburg, Miss., and together with Louisiana Downs, Inc., a riverboat casino in Bossier City, La. Both ventures are subject to receipt of all licenses and regulatory approvals.
