 CARTER DRUG ADVISER JOINS REAGAN DRUG ADVISER
 IN A COMPANY DEDICATED TO A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
 BETHESDA, Md., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Hamilton Jordan and Ed Rollins are not unique. The Drug Advisers to President Carter and President Reagan have joined forces to provide Drug Free Workplace services.
 Donald Ian Macdonald, chairman and chief executive officer of Employee Health Programs, Inc. (EHP), has announced the appointment of Lee I. Dogoloff as president.
 Founded by Macdonald, director of the White House Drug Abuse Policy Office during the Reagan administration, EHP is one of the largest providers of Drug Free Workplace services in the country. Dogoloff will be instrumental in development and implementation of EHP Assist, a full service Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the most recent addition to EHP's menu of services. "We are fortunate to have Lee join EHP, and look forward to becoming a recipient of his knowledge and experience of alcohol and other drug problems. His addition continues our effort to provide the highest quality service in the Drug Free Workplace field," stated Macdonald.
 Dogoloff, principal Drug Adviser to President Carter, comes to EHP after serving 12 years as executive director to the American Council for Drug Education (ACDE), a national non-profit organization, and is currently the only drug abuse expert appointed by President Bush to his Drug Advisory Council. Dogoloff has over 20 years experience with drug problems and policy setting at the local, state and federal levels of government. At ACDE he developed and implemented educational programs, advised industry, educational organizations, including "Cocaine: A Second Look," and "Urine Testing in the Workplace." In addition, Dogoloff represented ACDE in print and broadcast media such as NBC's "Today Show," "ABC News," "The Larry King Show," The Wall Street Journal and U.S. News and World Report.
 Prior to Dogoloff's tenure at ACDE, he served on the White House staff as President Carter's principal adviser on drugs. In that capacity, he provided central policy direction, coordination, and oversight for all federal health, law enforcement and international drug programs. Dogoloff also was deputy director of Federal Drug Management in the Office of Management and Budget and served as director of the Division of Community Assistance at the National Institute on Drug Abuse. In addition, he was director of government assistance in the Special Action Office for Drug Abuse Prevention and served as the deputy administrator of the Narcotics Treatment Administration in Washington.
