CARRY ON VAMPING; WEGO BEHIND THE SCENES WITH WALES' HOTTEST NEW GIRLBAND AND IT'S ELECTRIC.
TO WERING stilettos, bottom-hugging hot-pants and bondage tape - welcome to the sexy wardrobe of sassy sister act Electrovamp.
Universal Island Records' latest signing gave us a sneak peek into what goes on when theyget ready for a night out as they showed us their favourite outfits and gave us their exclusive tips for making an entrance in some head-turning garb.
Strutting into our photographic studio in five-inch heels, Tammy and KallyDavies told us howtheydressed to make sure eyeswere always on them - and the good news is their look won't break the bank as the girls are big fans of the high street.
"We like to make sure our clothes reflect our fun personalities," said Kally, who turned 18 this month.
"Everygirl likes attention and we like to stand out."
The pair, whose debut single, I Don't Like the Vibe in the VIP, received rave reviews in the national press, have already been compared with raunchy US girl group Pussycat Dolls, and judging by these photographs the American girl-band have some Welsh competition.
"We supported Girls Aloud but we don't want tobecopy-cats of them,"said Tammy, 19.
"We have our own style. I love high-waisted shorts, over-the-knee socks and braces - anything that shows off your figure - but not too much. It's better to showabit."
Touring the UK to promote new single, Drinks Taste Better When They're Free, means the duo, who live at home in Caerphilly with their parents, will soon be needing to ask their manager dad Ken to build them a walk-in wardrobe.
"We get to keep a lot of the clothes on shoots; my favourite is a huge pair of stripper heels the stylist got from a sex shop in London," said Tammy."Wehad to wrap up in bondage tape for a photo-shoot once; we didn't take that home though!"
While theymay not be manufactured, Electrovamp, who release a "concept" album about a weekend on the tiles early next year, have altered their image since they started out wearing pink and talking aboutbubblegum under the name Kute.
"It was right at the time because we were younger," said Tammy.
"We've grown up. I look back at pictures and cringe a bit now because we're much vampier now; we love vampy eyes and big hair."
Despite looking like this, the size eight pair claim even they have insecurities about their appearance. Kally said: "We'd never do topless shoots; my boobs are too small anyway.
"Tammy hates her big boobs and I wish I had them. Everyone says she's got the boobs and I've got the legs and the bum."
So with all their fame, can we expect the girls to ditch Topshop in favour of red carpet gowns made by designers to the stars?
"No way!" said Tammy.
"We love clothes. If we get really rich though we won't buy designer, we'll just buy more in Primark!"
IT SHOULD be every man's dream - Electrovamp have supermodel looks, curves to die for andamajor recording contract - but the sexy Welsh pop act have never had boyfriends.
Tammy and Kally Davies confessed they have been so busy aiming for fame they have only ever been on dates, have never had serious relationships, and have knocked back offers as they spend their time pursuing their dream.
The duo said their new single Drinks Taste Better When They're Free, was based on the men who've tried, and failed, to chat them up on wild nights on the town. But after years of being single, the brunette pair, signed to Universal-Island Records, say they are now ready and available for love.
"We've got a lot of male friends and we've had dates but we've never had serious boyfriends - but we're on the lookout!" said leggy Kally. "I like cheeky ones - they've got to make me laugh."
Tammy added: "I like geeky men.
"It's a real turn-off if they're dirty looking - I like the rough look but they can't be pongy.
Come on boys!
