 RE: Major Announcement Concerning Hotel/Travel Industries in Moscow
 Carlson Hospitality Group, Inc., parent company of Radisson Hotels International; and Mosintour, will make a major announcement regarding the immediate and long-term future of the multi-million dollar travel and tourism industry in Moscow at a new conference on Thursday, Oct. 15, 1992 at 4 p.m. (Moscow Time) (9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). The press conference will take place at the Radisson Slavjanskaya Hotel Moscow.
 The announcement will be made by Juergen Bartels, president and CEO of the Carlson Hospitality Group, Inc.; and Nikolay Shevelkin, chairman of Mosintour; and concerns the management and operation of many major hotels and tourist services in Moscow, previously under state control and management. Bartels and Shevelkin will detail a dramatic reconstruction of the local tourism industry which serves more than 7 million business and leisure travelers each year.
 Carlson Hospitality Group, Inc., is part of Carlson Companies, Inc., one of the largest U.S. tourism and hospitality corporations with 1991 system-wide revenues of $9.3 billion. Mosintour is a Russian joint stock company founded in February 1992, and responsible for all hotels in Moscow which were under the control of the former Intourist organization.
