sparkle. and sHine 2 apricots 10 raspberries 2 carrots Handful of Spring greens 1 tsp ground turmeric Lovely and sweet, with the earthy taste of turmeric, this juice will protect the cells from free radical damage. It is an eye-bright recipe too, with the carrots and apricots helping the eyes to sparkle.
Take the stones out of the apricots, then pass the apricots and the rest of the ingredients, except the turmeric, through the juicer. Stir in the turmeric at the end and again work up to this amount - you may find the taste quite strong at first.
FEELING LIGHT 1/4 pineapple 1/2 cucumber 2 stalks of celery 2 tsp acai berry powder This is the most delicious juice.
It is uplifting, hydrating and detoxing - all the things required to drop a few pounds. Acai is well known for helping with weight management because it gives the metabolism a real boost. If you're feeling positive, you're far more likely to take care of yourself. Eating fresh fruit and veg will let you detox and lose weight simultaneously.
Peel the pineapple and then juice all the ingredients, except the acai berry powder, adding it at the end.
