CARCO ELECTRONICS APPOINTS NEW CEO

 MENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Carco Electronics today announced the appointment of John M. Carter as president and chief executive officer of the company following the resignation of Paul J. Roberts to pursue various outside business interests. The board of directors of the company accepted Roberts' resignation with regret and expressed its gratitude to Roberts for his contributions and leadership during his tenure.
 Carco Electronics is the world's leading manufacturer of precision flight motion simulators used to test and develop aerospace guidance and control systems. Approximately 500 Carco simulators have been installed in major industrial and government aerospace laboratories throughout the free world.
