CAPT Charles F. Donney.

CAPT Charles F. Donney, SC, USN, completed 32 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2007, after serving as Commander, Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg/Philadelphia, Pa. He received his bachelor's degree at Winona State University. His previous duty stations include Defense Contract Management Command, Moores, Del.; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Fla.; Headquarters, Allied Forces Southern Europe, Naples, Italy; Joint Interagency Task Force East, Key West, Fla.; U. S. Navy Supply Depot, Subic Bay, Philippines; Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, San Diego, Calif.; USS Cook (FF 1083); Military Traffic Management Command, Los Angeles, Calif.; and USS Truett (FF 1095).
