CANTON TIRE RECYCLING CORP. ANNOUNCES $1.8 MILLION CONTRACT

 SALT LAKE CITY, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Canton Industrial Corp. announced today that it has entered into an exciting venture through its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Canton Tire Recycling Inc. The agreement, with a Missouri cement company, is to supply 15,000 tons of tire-derived fuels from the Canton recycling operation.
 Company representatives indicated that in order to fill this contract, the company will need to process approximately 2 million tires per year. Shipping of the tires will start in mid-1993 and continue for approximately 12 months. Anticipated gross revenues from fees, salvage operations and other charges are estimated to be $1,800,000 annually. Canton plans to open several other tire recycling operations across the nation in the near future.
