 CAMDEN, N.J., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Campbell Soup Company

(NYSE: CPB) announced today that F. Martin Thrasher has been named Sector Vice President-Soup beginning Oct. 23.
Thrasher, Chairman/CEO of Campbell's Australasia Pty. Ltd. unit, replaces Robert F. Bernstock, who was promoted to President and CEO, Campbell Soup Company Ltd in Canada. He later directed Campbell's soup and grocery products in Canada. In 1991, he was named to lead Campbell's Australasia, based in Melbourne, encompassing Campbell's businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
