CAMELOT RIGHTS OFFERING EXPIRES

 DALLAS, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Camelot Corporation (NASDAQ: CAML), announces that its rights offering expired on March 18, 1993 and will not be extended. Approximately 86.2 percent of the rights were taken up by stockholders, and the present number of common shares issued and outstanding is 5,949,357.
 The warrants offering enabling stockholders to acquire shares on a one for one basis at $0.75 per share will expire April 30, 1993. If all the warrants are exercised, the total monies raised from the rights and warrants offerings will be $2,215,546.
 The family interests of Mr. Danny Wettreich, president of Camelot, have exercised 100 percent of their Rights and approximately 36 percent of their warrants.
 Camelot presently has a cash position in excess of $1,000,000 and is actively seeking acquisition opportunities. It is a holding company with operating subsidiaries in financial services, energy, and real estate.
