CAMELOT EXPECTS $1,000,000 SALES IN DECEMBER, 1993

DALLAS, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Camelot Corporation (NASDAQ: CAML), announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Camelot Entertainment, Inc., estimates that it will sell approximately $1,000,000 of its children's educational video and computer software range in the month of December. This compares with $1,373,541 revenue for the whole of the Camelot group of companies in the financial year ending April 30, 1993.
"Approximately 30 percent of the sales for December will comprise our new Professor Nozall Educational Computer Software Range which has been enthusiastically received by selected retailers," said Danny Wettreich, chairman and chief executive officer of Camelot. The Professor Nozall range will be officially introduced to the retail trade at the Association of Retail Marketing Services Show to be held in Chicago early January, 1994 during which Camelot expects to receive orders for delivery in the first quarter of 1994. Professor Nozall software initially comprises 15 titles in both MS-DOS and WINDOWS format and covers English Grammar, English Vocabulary, Science, U.S. Geography, World Geography, U.S. History, World History and Mathematics suitable for grades one through eight. Additional titles will be introduced in the second quarter of 1994, and the range will be marketed at a recommended retail selling price of $9.99 per title which compares with similar quality products on the market at retail prices ranging from $30 to $60 per title. Completing the range is a Professor Nozall educational video series consisting of 12 video tapes offering basic learning skills for ages three to nine.
Separately, Camelot announces that its directors are reviewing the disposition of its financial services and energy divisions with a view to concentrating corporate resources in the fast expanding educational entertainment business sector. "We have recently sold our real estate division, and the success of Camelot Entertainment has led us to consider our options with regard to our other divisions," said Wettreich.
