CALVIN KLEIN COSMETICS REORGANIZES; SHEILA HEWETT NAMED TO A TOP POST, PAULANNE MANCUSO GIVEN ADDED RESPONSIBILITY

 NEW YORK, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company announced today organizational changes reflecting "the challenges of global expansion and support of worldwide growth," according to Kimberly Delsing, president and chief executive officer of the New York based manufacturer of fine fragrances.
 Sheila Hewett is promoted to the newly created position of vice president marketing and sales operations reporting directly to Delsing. Hewett's department will coordinate worldwide sales and marketing operations for affiliate, export and distributor businesses and will act as liaison between marketing, operations, and sales service departments.
 In addition to her new responsibilities, Hewett will continue to oversee worldwide sales administration, worldwide sales services, domestic customer service and sales promotion.
 Hewett served most recently as vice president, sales operations, a post she held since January 1990. She joined the company in April 1988 as senior director, sales support, for the domestic sales division.
 Also at Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Paulanne Mancuso, executive vice president, has been assigned the additional responsibility for overseeing all business units. She continues to report directly to Delsing.
 Reporting to Mancuso are; Kathryn Meals, vice president-national sales manager, who is responsible for the domestic United States and Puerto Rico; Sandie Heppenheimer, vice president international, who operates the export division for the military and duty free worldwide, Far East, Middle East and Australia; Ron Rolleston, vice president international, who oversees operations in France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and Holland; Lynne Bonson, vice president international, who manages operations in the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece and Spain, and Patrick Carroll, vice president international, who controls operations in Canada, Mexico and Latin America.
 Mancuso joined Calvin Klein Cosmetics in 1982 as eastern regional sales manager. In June 1985 she was promoted to vice president, national sales manager, and in May 1991 to executive vice president.
 Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company, the New York based manufacturer of Calvin Klein fragrances, including Obsession, Obsession for Men, Eternity, Eternity for Men, and Escape, is a unit of Unilever United States, Inc., the Anglo-Dutch Unilever Group's holding company for businesses in the United States.
