 CALIFORNIA FEDERAL BANK ELECTS THREE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENTS
 LOS ANGELES, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- California Federal Bank has elected three senior managers to the positions of executive vice president.
 Richard Fitch, previously senior vice president, human resources, oversees the company's human resources division, including compensation, benefits, affirmative action and employee relations. Fitch joined California Federal Bank in 1970.
 David C. Henri is responsible for all legal matters involving California Federal Bank and its subsidiaries including litigation, regulatory compliance, real estate and consumer banking. He also oversees the bank's security and trustee operations. Henri, who joined California Federal Bank in 1984, was appointed senior vice president, general counsel in 1989.
 Mark K. Ulmer is responsible for California Federal Bank's loan production and loan servicing divisions nationwide including lending administration, product development, pricing and underwriting standards. Ulmer joined California Federal Bank in 1984.
