CALENDAR CAPITAL TO SEEK GAMING LICENSE IN BARBADOS

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Calendar Capital, Inc., announced today that it has been invited by the government of the Island of Barbados, West Indies to submit an application to operate a gaming/cruise ship from the Caribbean Island. Barbados, a popular tourist destination, is the easternmost of the Caribbean Islands. It has a population of over 250,000 people and an area of 166 square miles.
The company earlier announced plans for a similar operation on the Island of Antigua, West Indies, but has encountered delays in commencing operations there due to the necessity of obtaining certain tax concessions from the government which had been assured but have not been forthcoming. The company intends to continue pursuing a final arrangement in Antigua and is optimistic that it will be successful in doing so.
Vincent Ella, CEO of Calendar Capital, Inc., stated that "the company has a business plan to pursue multiple gaming locations in the Caribbean Islands and while we had planned our inaugural location for Antigua we do not intend for the delays there to inhibit our overall plan." Ella went on to say that "the opportunity in Barbados is potentially much greater than Antigua as Barbados has a much larger population and more tourists than Antigua. More importantly, Barbados does not currently have any casino gambling available on the Island and if our application is approved as expected, we will be the first and only casino available on that Island."
A decision on the application from the government of Barbados is anticipated within six weeks.
