 CALDERA RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT/MARKETING
 AGREEMENTS AND ASSET ACQUISITION
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Caldera Resources Ltd. announced the following today:
OZONE INDUSTRY PREDICTED TO HAVE EXPONENTIAL GROWTH
Caldera Resources (Vancouver Stock Exchange: KDA) announced that through its newly incorporated U.S. subsidiary, Caldera Environmental Corp. USA, it has entered into a management/marketing agreement for its ozone technology with WDM Inc. of Houston, a company headed by L. Dale Wooddy Jr., a former president in the Exxon group of companies.
ASSET ACQUISITION OF HYDRO3 CONTROL SYSTEMS INC.
The company announced that after one year of product evaluation and on-site monitoring of the ozone technology, the company has elected, subject to necessary approvals, to acquire the assets of Hydro3 Control Systems Inc., pursuant to an option agreement dated Sept. 21, 1991, and amended Sept. 25, 1992. The company will vend all assets, including the proprietary rights to the ozonation technology into the company's newly formed U.S. subsidiary, Caldera Environment Corp. USA.
 MANAGEMENT/MARKETING AGREEMENT
The company, after several months of negotiations, has entered into a marketing agreement (subject to necessary regulatory approvals) with WDM Inc., of Houston, whereby WDM Inc. will market the company's ozonation products worldwide. In addition, WDM Inc. has been contracted to manage the company's business in the U.S. The principals of WDM Inc. include L. Dale Wooddy Jr., a former president of Exxon Pipeline and a director of Coastal Petroleum, and John L. McDonald, a prominent Texas businessman, who has been a business advisor at several Texas universities and has served as a director on various associations. To date, WDM Inc. has been instrumental in developing key relationships with several industrial and commercial clients including Exxon USA, where the company currently has two installations in Houston. WDM Inc. and its employees have substantial contacts in the commercial and industrial markets through which the marketing efforts will be directed.
The environmental community predicts ozone to be one of the most rapid growth areas in water treatment in the next decade. The use of Ozone(O3) is an enviromentally-friendly alternative to chemical treatment in several applications such as cooling towers (including petrochemical industry), wastewater discharges, and drinking water applications. WDM Inc. and the company look forward to a prosperous future in the ozone business.
