CAL/EPA SECRETARY JAMES M. STROCK TO ADDRESS LITTLE HOOVER COMMISSION ON CONSOLIDATION OF STATE WASTE PROGRAMS ON TUESDAY

 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Secretary for Environmental Protection James M. Strock will deliver testimony to the state's Little Hoover Commission on proposed changes to the state's solid waste and recycling programs at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16, the California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced today.
 The Little Hoover Commission will examine the operations of the Department of Conservation, Division of Recycling and the California Integrated Waste Management Board, which regulate state laws governing landfill permitting and inspection, recycling programs, and solid waste diversion programs.
 The hearing will be held at the State Office Building, 107 S. Broadway, Room 1138.
