Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), a nonpartisan, nonprofit organisation dedicated to eliminating waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement in government, announced on Thursday that it will release the 2016 Congressional Pig Book on 13 April 2016.

CAGW said this will be the 24th edition of its annual expose on government spending.

The 2016 Congressional Pig Book reportedly features a complete database of items that CAGW has identified as "pork projects".

Hard copies of the book will be distributed at a press conference to be held at the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington, DC next Wednesday.
