 LONG-TERM TECHNICAL AGREEMENT WITH GENERAL ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT ENGINES
 LANSING, Mich., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Cade Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CADE) President Richard A. Lund announced today that its Lansing-based subsidiary, Auto-Air Composites, has signed a long-term agreement with General Electric (NYSE: GE) that authorizes Auto-Air to produce jet engine test nacelle equipment for the CF34, CFM56-5B and CFM56-5C engines used in Canadian Regional Jet RJ70 and Airbus Industries A321 and A340 aircraft. This agreement extends to 2006.
 Lund said that "Cade is extremely pleased to have signed this agreement with General Electric. We are a leader worldwide in the production of test nacelle systems for new commercial engines. This agreement will allow us to further expand our global market share."
 Cade plays a worldwide role in design, development, and manufacture of high-technology composite components for the aerospace and aircraft industries.
