 SIGNS 10-YEAR TECHNICAL AGREEMENT WITH ROLLS-ROYCE, PLC
 LANSING, Mich., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Lund, president of Cade Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CADE), announced the signing of a 10-year technical agreement with Rolls-Royce, plc for fabrication of test equipment on several commercial jet engine models. These include the Rolls-Royce RB 211-535-E4 engines and the Tay 650.
 Lund said, "This agreement will enable Cade Industries to serve Rolls-Royce, plc engine operator customers worldwide." This market will be serviced from the Auto-Air facility based in Lansing.
 The signing of the contract allows Cade to provide test equipment for all major high and low bypass engines used on today's commercial jet aircraft. Lund concluded, "This technical agreement provides us the opportunity to further expand our worldwide market share of jet engine test equipment over the next several years."
 Cade Industries plays a worldwide role in design, development, and manufacture of high-technology composite components for the aerospace and air transport industries.
