CADE INDUSTRIES RECEIVES THREE INTERNATIONAL SALES CONTRACTS
VALUED IN EXCESS OF $1.8 MILLION
LANSING, Mich., Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Lund, president of Cade Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CADE), announced today that its Auto-Air subsidiary has received orders from three international airlines for jet engine test nacelle systems valued in excess of $1.8 million, for delivery in 1992.
-- Varig, Brazil (South America) placed an order for G.E. Test Nacelle equipment for the newly acquired McDonnell Douglas MD-11 aircraft.
-- All Nippon Airways (Tokyo) placed an order for a G.E. Test Nacelle unit to test jet engines for use on inter-continental routes with their B747-400 aircraft.
-- Alfa Romea Naples (Italy) placed an order for a G.E. Jet Engine Test Nacelle system for the A-321-100 Airbus Industries aircraft. Alfa Romea is an overhaul resource for Alitalia.
"These three sales orders continue to benefit our company as a result of the rising demand for our products outside of the United States. We expect our international export sales to continue their strong growth over the next several years, with these sales exceeding 20 percent of our annual sales," Lund concluded.
