 FOR QUARTER AND YEAR ENDED DEC. 31, 1991
 LANSING, Mich., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Lund, president of Cade Industries (NASDAQ-NMS: CADE), announced increased sales and earnings for the year ended Dec. 31, 1991. Cade plays a worldwide role in design, development, and manufacture of high technology composite components for the aerospace and aircraft industries.
 In highlighting the report, Lund commented that "this year's earnings increase represents the third consecutive year of improved earnings. We remain optimistic about our continued earnings growth in 1992 in spite of today's economic uncertainties."
 -- Fourth-quarter net earnings of $644,000 or $.04 per share vs. $470,000 or $.03 per share for 1991 and 1990, respectively, an increase of 37.0 percent.
 -- Sales for the fourth quarter of $7,436,000 vs. $6,313,000 for 1991 and 1990, respectively, an increase of 17.8 percent.
 -- Net earnings of $2,820,000 vs. $2,306,000 for 1991 and 1990, respectively, an increase of 22.3 percent?
 -- Net earnings per share of $.17 vs. $.14 for 1991 and 1990, respectively.
 -- Sales of $30,245,000 vs. $26,759,000 for 1991 and 1990, respectively, an increase of 13.0 percent.
 Lund indicated that there were several key reasons for Cade's growth in earnings and improved financial strength.
 -- Growth in sales and increased earnings from the company's jet engine test equipment.
 -- Expanded market opportunities for advanced composites through partnerships and cooperative engineering design efforts.
 -- Productivity gains in every sector of the company's business through employee involvement programs and aggressive cost control teams.
 -- Effective cash management.
 Lund added, "We are pleased with the results of 1991 and look forward to building upon this strength for continued growth."
