 CADE INDUSTRIES, INC. RECEIVES TWO SALES CONTRACTS
 VALUED AT $1.2 MILLION
 LANSING, Mich., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Lund, president of Cade Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CADE), announced today that its Auto-Air subsidiary has received orders from two airlines for jet engine test nacelle systems valued at $1.2 million for delivery in 1992.
 -- U.S. Air placed an order for jet engine test equipment to be installed at its new test facility in Pittsburgh. The engines involved are the CFM56-3 for Boeing 737 Aircraft, and the Rolls-Royce TAY 650 for Fokker 100 Aircraft.
 -- Lufthansa Aero Services placed an order for jet engine test equipment to be installed at its new service facility in Alzey, Germany. The equipment will test General Electric CF34 Engines for RJ 70 Canadair Aircraft. These units will enter service in the third quarter of 1992. Lufthansa Aero is a subsidiary feeder airline of Lufthansa German Airlines.
 Lund said that "these two contracts reflect the ongoing strength of demand for jet engine test nacelle systems." Cade is an international leader in the design and manufacture of these systems.
