CACI STRONGLY DENIES PENTAGEN TECHNOLOGIES' ALLEGATIONS

 ARLINGTON, Va., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- CACI (NASDAQ: CACI) today strongly denied any fault or wrongdoing in connection with a lawsuit filed last week by Pentagen Technologies International, Ltd.
 CACI said that it has had an opportunity to study the claims of Pentagen's suit and found them to be inconsistent with the facts known to CACI. "We view this lawsuit as an opportunistic adventure based on a self-serving misstatement of the facts," reported CACI's General Counsel Jeff Elefante. "We intend to vigorously defend ourselves and our well- earned reputation against what we consider meritless claims."
