CABLEAMERICA SIGNS EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE DIGITAL AUDIO LEADER: DMX

 Phoenix-Based MSO Initially Will Launch DMX to
 66 Percent of Subscriber Base
 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 ~PRNewswire~ -- Jerry Maglio, International Cablecasting Technologies (ICT) (NASDAQ: TUNE) president, DMX Residential Division, and William G. Jackson, president of CableAmerica Corp., jointly announced that the Phoenix-based cable operator will launch Digital Music Express (DMX(TM)) in its Alabama, Arizona and Missouri systems in 1993.
 CableAmerica Corp., a 52,000-subscriber operation with 27 cable franchises, joins more than 30 operators nationwide (including 28 multiple system operators) on the DMX roster.
 CableAmerica Corp., the 91st-ranked MSO, operates cable systems in Alabama, Arizona, California, Missouri, New Mexico and Michigan.
 DMX currently serves more than 70,000 subscribers and more than 2,000 commercial establishments. Owned by ICT, a Los Angeles-based music programming service, the publicly traded company is headed by music industry veteran, Jerry Rubinstein. ICT will soon make DMX available to Australia, Europe, Canada and Asia.
