C. RAY NOECKER OF ASHVILLE RE-ELECTED PRESIDENT OF THE OHIO FARM BUREAU FEDERATION

 COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- C. Ray Noecker of Ashville, Ohio, has been re-elected president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF). The election was held Friday, Dec. 3, the final day of OFBF's 75th Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency/Ohio Center and Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio.
 Noecker was first elected president in March 1992. He has served as a member of the OFBF board of trustees since 1984 representing members in Fairfield, Hocking, Pickaway and Ross counties.
 Noecker operates an 1,100-acre corn, soybean, wheat and hay farm in Fairfield and Pickaway counties. He also has a farrow-to-finish and cow- calf operation and he holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural education from The Ohio State University.
 In addition to his service with Ohio Farm Bureau, Noecker is a member of the Teays Valley Local School Board and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
 Noecker and his wife, Donna, are the parents of four children.
