C-TEQ SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR RECOGNITION'S IMAGE SOLUTION

 DALLAS, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Recognition International Inc. ("Recognition") (NYSE: REC) and Advanced Financial Solutions, Inc. ("AFS") (AMEX: AVF), today announced that C-TEQ Inc., a check processing service bureau, has signed an agreement with AFS to integrate Recognition's Lundy(R), MRS(TM)-90 system with an image subsystem and Recognition's Image Vision(TM) software. The Image Vision software was developed for Recognition by AFS.
 Commenting on the order, Anne Johnstone, president of C-TEQ said, "We looked at the market for products available that would enable us to provide superior customer service in an image-based check processing environment. Recognition's offerings will give us that superior product for our customers."
 C-TEQ, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is a supplier of item processing and data processing outsourcing solutions to financial institutions in Oklahoma and Texas. C-TEQ handles over 12 million checks and in excess of 300,000 retail and commercial accounts monthly.
 Recognition, headquartered in Dallas, is a leading international open systems supplier of high-performance document recognition systems, image and workflow software, and related customer services.
