C T Rubber & Plastics.

C T Rubber & Plastics, headquartered in Cadillac, MI is a joint venture owned 60% by Cadillac Rubber & Plastics, 30% by Teito Rubber and 10% by Tomen Corp., formed to manufacture radiator, heater, fuel and emission hose from leased facilities in Cadillac. Products will be supplied to the automotive industry in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Cadillac Rubber & Plastics is based in Cadillac, MI and Teito and Tomen are Japan-based companies. Teito Rubber will supply the technology for hose manufacture. Production of coolant hose for Japanese car manufacturers and their suppliers will begin in April, 1992.
