C&W places national client.

Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey recently represented Nestle' USA, Inc. -in lease negotiations for their regional administration and sales headquarters.

Nestle' USA, Inc. signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 square feet of office space on I floor of Nine W Office Center in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The long term lease has an aggregate rental value of $3.5 million, according to Lee Miller, the Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey broker who represented Nestle' USA. Charles Campagnet and William Dougherty of C&W's California office also assisted in the coordination of the transaction.

Nestle' USA will be consolidating several offices from within the tri-state region into the Bergen County office building. The firm noted the 200,000 square foot building's quality construction and location as primary reasons in their decision to relocate.
