C&W named exclusive agent.
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for DKM Properties Corp.'s 1 million-square-foot Weston Mill Corporate Center on Route 1 in North Brunswick Township, New Jersey.
Prime space in this prestigious facility is available and is being handled by the Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team of Timothy Slaight, director, Sean Brady, associate director, Kim-Marie Kretowicz and William L McCaffrey.
Designed by Rothe-Johnson Associates, the $125 million Weston Mill development will be comprised of six first-class office buildings, totalling just over one million square feet of Class-A commercial space. The buildings will range in size from four to six stories and 140,000 to 190,000 square feet each. The development will feature landscaped courtyards and surrounding areas, with 26-acres of open space, a minimum of two cafeterias and deck and at-grade parking for over 4,000 cars.
DKM Properties, which has received final approval from the township's planning board, plans to begin construction of the project in the fourth quarter of 1991. Building 100, a four- story, 142,000-square-footstructure, will mark the first phase of the development period.
Situated on a 67-acre tract with 2,400 feet of frontage on Route 1, Weston Mill Corporate Center affords immediate, easy access to many of New Jersey's major highways. The New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Interstates 287, 95, 295 and Routes 18 and 130 are all within minutes. Both New York City and Philadelphia are less than a one hour drive and Newark International Airport is only 30 minutes away.
