C&W brokers deals in Fairfield

Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. announces the completion of five transactions in Fairfield County.

Transportation Data, Inc., a ship brokering company, expanded their office space at Plaza West, 100 Mill Plain Road in Danbury, Connecticut. They signed a five-year lease for 3,500 square feet. This location will be used as their corporate headquarters.

Colleen Sheridan and Robert Gold of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated both sides of the transaction.

Thomson Professional Publishing, a publishing firm located at 655 Washington Boulevard, expanded their office space and signed a lease for 2,311 square feet. The company remained at this location because of its proximity to the train station and the amenities offered in the building.

Gerard Lees, Paul Kauffman and Steve Baker represented both the tenant, Thomson Professional Publishing and the landlord, Station Plaza Associates L.P.

Carlson Marketing Group, a motivational marketing firm, recently relocated their corporate offices from 200 Connecticut Avenue, to One Selleck Street, in Norwalk, Connecticut. The firm is subleasing 6,103 square feet on the fifth floor of the building.

Jay Hruska and Mark Ripka of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated both sides of the transaction.

Independence Broadcasting, a broadcasting holding company, signed a five year lease for 1,200 square feet at 17 North Avenue, in Norwalk, Connecticut. The company was previously located at Merritt 7 in Norwalk. The firm owns radio stations nationally.
