Buyers liking the Louver: Modern Spaces.

Modern Spaces announced it is nearing a sell-out at the Louver House, the first project it undertook in Williamsburg.

The luxury condominium at 9193 Metropolitan Avenue near the waterfront is 80 percent sold, with three homes still for sale at the 13-unit building.

"Reaching such a major sales milestone so quickly speaks volumes about the quality and location of the building as well as the high demand for luxury living in the neighborhood," said Eric Benaim, CEO and president of Modern Spaces.

"The Louver House is an architecturally unique building and offers buyers spacious layouts and a truly one-of-kind living experience. We look forward to selling the building to completion."

Designed by MDIM Architects, the building features a series of vertical louvers that allow light and air to enter each home, while also providing shade throughout the day and privacy during the evenings.

Prices at the Louver House begin at $553,000 to $768,000 for one-and-two-bedroom homes. Most homes offer private outdoor balconies.
